You’ll answer some ‘off the wall’ questions designed to uncover deep meaning and structure about your beliefs, decisions, values, attitudes, and personality characteristics. Once, we know where you are now and where you want to get to, you’ll experience tried and tested methods designed to ensure you let go of negative emotions, limiting beliefs, limiting decisions, internal conflict, and strategies that don’t work for you, before going on to design and implement ones that will.
